Refund Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customer-related reasons after an order has been shipped.
If you receive a defective item or an item that differs from your order, please contact us in advance at:

Please note that we may not be able to process your request if the item is returned without prior authorization.
While we take great care in inspecting, packaging, and shipping our products, if an item arrives damaged or differs from your order (including incorrect items or quantities), we will provide a refund.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases, even if the item is defective or incorrect:

The item has been damaged, soiled, altered, or modified by the customer
Refunds
Once your refund request has been approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that it may take several days to weeks for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, GST, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not collected or controlled by us.
Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, GST, and similar charges are non-refundable, even in the event of a return or refund.
If you wish to seek a refund of such charges, please contact your local customs office or relevant authority directly.
Order Cancellations
All orders are considered final once placed.
We do not accept cancellations after an order has been submitted.
Failed Delivery / Refused Packages
If a package is returned due to refusal, prolonged absence, failure to claim, incorrect address, customs clearance issues, or any other customer-related reason, we do not offer reshipment, cancellation, or refunds.
Any original shipping charges, return shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, or other related costs incurred as a result are non-refundable.
If any refund is granted, such costs may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Notes
The following are not considered defects:

Differences in color due to monitor or screen settings

Minor variations in finish, texture, size, or color

Minor scratches, marks, or uneven surfaces that are unavoidable during the manufacturing process

Variations that fall within the specifications described on the product page
These conditions do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
